I captured the emotions and thoughts I experienced over the course of five years while regularly visiting a lake in Versailles called Pièce d'Eau des Suisses. Every time I set foot there, I felt as though I had arrived at a personal sanctuary, a space of comfort and contemplation.

I have expressed these feelings through paintings and ceramic works. Additionally, I continuously asked visitors about their own sanctuaries, encouraging them to reflect on what form and shape their safe space might take.
